Sign o' the times

Do you know these campus films with the american university professors who are self absorbed and basically obnoxious to their students while wearing tweed? Well, I just realized I belong to the generation where this ain't never gonna happen - we're just never going to be tenured professors who can afford to do this. We'll just always be evaluated, measured, made to learn new skills, jump through hoops, please the clients (aka students, charities who fund our coveted projects, deans etc) and always feel the presence of a sharp damocles sword above our heads. Yep, that's it. Maybe this will spark a whole new genre of campus films.
